Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policy

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:

Non-PMU Services โ€”If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment date. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service fee.

PMU Servicesโ€”Cancellations for any reason at the client's request will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. To reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Failure to give sufficient notice will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Show Policy: We will not tolerate no-shows. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service fee and will no longer be able to book with us.

Late Policy: If you are running late, there is a 15-minute grace period. If you do not arrive within this time, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be charged 50% of the booked service fee for non-PMU services and forfeit the deposit for PMU services

Non-Refundable Deposit

For PMU Brows appointment only.

A $100 deposit for a new PMU client & $50 for a touch-up appointment is required to confirm your appointment, and it will be deducted from the total cost.

Cancellations for any reason at the client's request & No-shows will automatically result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
